The feelings of fear, doubt or anger can be commonplace in many people’s lives in today’s society and can place great pressure on not only those who directly experience them, but also on their peers, family and friends.
Obviously, no person would want to experience more pain in their life than is necessary, but what if by sheer accident we have been taught to attract stress into our lives without being aware of it? What if the very world around us was filled with subliminal messages, which when repeated every day could drain energy and increase stress?
The 21 day guide manual has been written with the purpose of showing the reader a different perspective on life. This perspective has the aim of showing how people could, by accident; create their own pressure and limitations, thereby restricting their own future.
The 3 Week Plan
This manual has been structured to form three, one week modules. Each module or week has an individual purpose, designed to guide the reader with a strategic method from a solid base to an advanced level of personal effectiveness. All three modules are written in sequence and it is highly recommended that the reader follows in that order.
WEEK 1 (Day 1 – 7)
The aim of section one is to become more self aware as a person. For many clients whom I have worked with, simply “knowing” why they feel anger, envy, stress or even dread, can alleviate much of the worry that comes with these unwanted emotions. Only when a person becomes self aware of how and why they are reacting in such a way, can they control their emotions, rather than having their emotions control them.
WEEK 2 (Day 8 – 14)
The aim of section two is to observe how we can gain the most benefit from our fundamental communication and interaction strategy skills. Many of these skills which we use in everyday life are taken for granted by many people. These skills include how effectively we talk to ourselves, how we can acquire good or poor habits and how we can sometimes unknowingly communicate our true feelings through more than just words.
WEEK 3 (Day 15 – 21)
The aim of section three is to enable a person to gain their true potential in any area they focus their attention upon. True potential can only be acquired when we are functioning freely and without unnecessary fears and worry. This section covers how to gain ultimate health through diet and exercise, life balancing strategies such as the wheel of life and a simple technique to find what we really want in life, rather than what we think we should have.
