Having control over our own mind is by far one of the most essential skills we could ever learn. Thoughts and feelings that are not understood by society are too often classed as "irrational" but they are far from irrational they are just coming from a hidden thought process which most of the human race is not taught! Workshop Syllabus
Day 1: Discover the mind components
The first stage to true understanding is to firstly know how the mind actually works and sees the world, because what the mind actually sees is far from reality. In day one we cover all the different area of the mind and how it puts the world together to form an illusion of reality which it then projects onto actual reality leaving the person who perceives this reality (unless they realise what has happened) merely at the illusions control.
Ignorance is far from bliss!

- The 2 different minds and how they communicate
- Discovering the emotional lexicon
- Understanding the core needs and drives
- Working with fear, anxiety and emotional hijacking
Day 2: Gaining control of the emotional mind
It is said that “To be controlled by our emotions – is a life half lived” A great many people in the world react unnecessarily to situations and then after the event regret their reactions. In this day we take an in-depth journey on how and why the mind will sometimes “hijack” our thoughts and reaction and how to gain control of them. Unless we gain control using these powerful techniques, we will forever be at the mercy of our emotions and their choices.
Be the master not the servant!

- Using emotional based goal programming
- Learning to control the mind with different mind states
- Working with the protector self (controlling hijacks)
- How to gain access to the hidden mind by understanding hijacks
Day 3: Understanding our social programming
The human mind is in a hypnotic state until the age of 7-8 years old, until this time the mind is taking all the information it sees in and forming a reality of “the world it sees” this does not mean the world it sees is the truth, but it assumes it to be the truth and creates reality from there. In this day we cover how our social world has programmes our mind without our knowledge and the habits and patterns that may have be copied.

- Understanding transactional analysis with the emotional mind
- Understanding the peer idolisation model with the emotional mind
- Understanding the self esteem recovery model with the emotional mind
- Discovering the difference between masks and learned behaviour
Day 4: Understanding social games, tricks and manipulations
Do you ever feel that some people can just say one thing and it stay with you for days? Or how it seems there is no reason at all for you to feel a certain emotional reaction after being in somebody else’s company but it happens anyway? These reactions and responses are caused by social games plays and manipulations. Most people have no idea they are doing them, which in essence makes life so much more challenging. In this day we look at the intricate level and all the social games that are going on behind the scenes of each interaction.
Sometimes what is NOT said is more important.
A few of the areas we cover on the day are...
- How to discover emotional manipulations and game play
- How to negotiate hidden emotional manipulations to create a win~win
- How to use effective strategy and handling worst case scenarios
- Risk assessments of actions and further advice, support and information
Day 5: Unlocking hidden emotional programmes
It is our insecurities inside our minds that drive our fears and doubts leaving us continually fighting or coping with an illusion of a reality that may or may not be true as in many times it is trapped beliefs from the past. While these beliefs stay inside us – they will continually project themselves onto today making life and true happiness almost impossible and causing coping mechanisms such as shyness, alcoholism, over working etc… In day 5 we cover how to safely update these beliefs and how to ensure they stay updated.

- Understanding how beliefs become painful and locked in the mind
- The 7 step painful limiting belief diffusion technique
- Unlocking the painful beliefs and understanding the physiological reactions
- Rebalancing the emotions and thought patterns
Day 6: Reaching your goals effectively
Life is about enjoyment, true self expression, living life the way you want and being around the people you want to be around. Life is not “just coping” or “just getting by” life is to be lived, as it has been said, the world does not grow by you playing small. Many goals people aim to make are very short lived, energy runs low, tasks are forgotten and sooner or later the old routine is back. In day 6 we cover powerful tried and tested methods which can be taken away and applied to live easily and effectively, techniques which have transformed many of our current student’s lives and allowed them to live the way they want to
